We offer treatment of gum diseases in the clinic:

  • Surgical treatment to reduce periodontal pockets;
  • Maintenance therapy;
  • Plastic surgery of the gums to close gingival recessions;
  • Regenerative surgery for bone restoration;
  • Detection of causative pathogens behind periodontitis and periimplantitis.

Periodontal or gingival diseases affect patients in all age groups. Mostly in young people, inflammation is observed in the gum tissue, which manifests as gum bleeding and it is called gingivitis. This disease can be cured if a patient diligently takes care of his oral hygiene further on and visits a dental hygienist regularly. If the gingival tissue inflammation is not treated, a gradual decay of the sustaining bone tissue – periodontitis – is observed. This disease cannot be cured, only stopped from progressing, and its symptoms can be prevented if a patient improves his oral hygiene considerably.

Main signs indicating that a patient already has periodontitis:

  • Gum bleeding;
  • Gum swelling and redness;
  • Unpleasant smell and taste in the oral cavity;
  • Tooth mobility.
